Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally featured in this latest image drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying different parts of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
